Caring for Leaders Great & Small

I provide holistic leadership coaching, interactive (non-boring) workshops and organizational consulting through Choose High Performance, a public benefit corporation. I help leaders meet their goals in ways to help them and their teams flourish in their tasks and in their families and communities. To schedule a conversation, please contact me via its website.

My work may include non-judgmental spiritual support. When we acknowledge the state of our entire spirit, we can get a bigger picture of who we are and who we are becoming. Spiritual resources also provide us a well of energy to tap into to help us meet our goals.

For the past 20 years, I have served leaders in 17 countries an on five continents, including projects for:

  • U.S. Department of Justice Rising Leaders (Treasury, Criminal, Civil, DEA, Immigration)
